The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 with a fully equipped and functional kitchen and a beautiful bathroom.
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
- In the heart of the amazing and dynamic Belleville district, at the crossroads of the 10, 11, 20 and 19 arrondissements, on the boulevard with a very open view over the Parisian rooftops.
- Prestigious late 19th century Haussmann building.
- The apartment is on the 4th floor ... but with an elevator, a great addition for suitcases and shopping!
- The apartment is close to several parks (Belleville, Buttes Chaumont and the Canal St Martin, ideal for morning jogs).
- There are many restaurants and cafés, with mixed communities and global influences... although the apartment is very quiet and a fantastic paradise, it is located in the center of the incredible Belleville, urban and vibrant with restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood.
- All the local merchants are on the boulevard and include several bakeries, butchers, fishermen, cheese shops, caterers and several wine stores.
- You can walk to République in less than 10 minutes and to Chatelet in 18 minutes (8 minutes by metro).
- The metro is at the end of the street (just 50 meters away) and there's also a bike station across the street.
- I've owned this apartment for 20 years. I was born in Canada, raised in France and married to an American. I divide my life between France and the USA and I recently got my apartment back, in which I invested in its renovation. It's my little paradise, decorated with travel finds from Africa to Asia.
- I am a clinical psychologist for trauma victims and work part-time in Paris and Maine.
