The Space
The fully renovated 5th floor apartment (with elevator) offers a mix of historic character and modern comfort. Large windows line the entire apartment from kitchen to bedroom, with north facing views looking over the quiet street below. From the kitchen window, to the west, you can see the Eiffel Tower sparkle on the hour after dark.
Living & Dining: large, airy space featuring a Samsung picture TV, a big comfy sofa and ottoman, and a sizable dining table that can serve as a work area. Lots of art, books, and design objects. Being on the 5th floor, you’ll enjoy unobstructed views and amazing natural light all day long.
Peace & Quiet: Thanks to triple-glazed windows and the fact that there are only two apartments per floor, the space is incredibly peaceful.
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and clothes washer.
