I’m subletting my lovely apartment this summer in one of NYC’s most creative and vibrant neighborhoods.

Located on one of the best streets in the area, right next to Maria Hernandez Park, you’ll have 24-hour grocery access, great cafés, bars, restaurants, vintage shops, and music venues right outside your door- everything you need to enjoy the city in the summer!

The apartment features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with TV and streaming access, a walk-in closet, and a large bedroom with an office nook and high-speed WiFi—ideal for remote work or creative projects.

It’s located on the third floor of a pre-war walk-up building with original Victorian molding.

The Jefferson L train is a 7-minute walk away, and the Central M is about 10 minutes. There is also the B38 bus, which gets you into Bedstuy within 15 minutes.
