Welcome to my beautiful Bed-Stuy townhome! This unit contains the top two floors of a gut renovated townhouse, as well as roof access shared with a downstairs neighbor. Designed by an up and coming architect, this apartment contains natural wood cabinets and ample storage, as well as extremely tall windows and ceilings and considerable natural light in all rooms. The appliances are all brand new and electric. The tree-lined street is adorable with retail amenities including a used book store, Japanese snack shop, thrift stores, and more. There are frequent neighborhood block parties in the spring and summer.

The apartment is a 12 minute walk to Herbert Von King park and the Kingston-Throop Avenues subway station, and a 15 minute walk to the Nostrand subway station. There is a grocery store around the corner (Met Fresh).

You would be living with me and my two cats (no more pets sorry). I am extremely clean and tidy and need my roommates to be as well! I built the majority of the living room items, so there is no space for large furniture in the common areas. However, there is ample storage in the form of breakfast nook benches and closets.

In my free time, I like to read, play video games, do weird art on my computer, hang out with my cats, and explore the city on my bike when weather permits. I like electronic music too so I occasionally go clubbing when I'm not in grandma mode.

I have some health problems so I cook A LOT and it's become somewhat of a hobby of mine.

I also like to chat and prefer being friends with my room mates! I go out occasionally but rarely bring the party home. However, I am very open to having people over more often!
