My bedroom is available to rent for a month while I travel abroad.
It's a truly special place: quiet, relaxing, and full of natural light. You'll be in one of Califoria's most picturesque beach towns (and it's only 25 minutes from San Diego / the airport).
You can walk to downtown Encinitas (which is full of great coffee shops and restaurants), as well as many different beaches. Plus, I will give you tons and tons of recommendations—I love North County & San Diego dearly!
You'll be sharing the space with a kind, quiet 32-year-old woman who mostly likes to keep to herself (and you each have your own bathroom).
Your stay includes:
- Fully furnished bedroom & your own bathroom
- Full kitchen
- Front and back yard w/ couch
- In-unit washer and dryer
