Looking to sublet my room in a 4 bed / 2 bath apartment in Bed-Stuy from May 1 through Dec 1 (flexible on start date). There’s also an option to renew the lease after.

The room is the spacious primary bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and very high ceilings (11ft) and bathed in natural light. It’s large enough to comfortably fit a queen bed, desk and more. The room will be delivered unfurnished, though I’d be open to selling select pieces of furniture upon request.

The apartment includes in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central air conditioning. It’s a 3rd floor walk-up in a small building with 3 total units, 24/7 security cameras in the building and lobby, responsive landlord and building superintendent if an issue ever arises.

You’d be living with two male roommates in their late 20s who work in marketing. Both are hybrid and easygoing—clean, respectful, and pretty low-key during the week. The fourth bedroom in the unit is set up as a shared work-from-home office, which is great if you’re hybrid or remote.

The apartment is LGBTQ+ friendly, and we’re looking for someone who’s aligned with that kind of inclusive, respectful environment.

Important to note: there is a friendly cat in the apartment, so this would be best for someone comfortable living with pets and without allergies.

Location is super convenient—about a 1-minute walk to the A/C train, with plenty of grocery stores, cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby.
Rent is $2136/month, plus ~$80 utilities and $20 WiFi.
