I'm looking for a subletter for a room in my apartment for May 1st-31st.

The room (the grey one with the easel) is 9.5x9 sq feet and is $900 for the month plus utilities (internet, gas, and electricity). The common area has a table/chairs and a couch, and the kitchen already has dishes, cutlery, etc. The apartment has high ceilings, the layout is nice and not cramped, and there are a lot of windows, so it gets plenty of sunlight. The easel in the photos will be gone by the time you move in.

The apartment is a third floor walkup in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. It has a truly great location- just a short walk away from Prospect Park, right next to a Lidl grocery store, a few blocks from a laundromat, and a block away from a Planet Fitness, the Prospect Park subway station, and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. It's very convenient getting into Manhattan on the Q line, everything you need to live is walking distance.

No smoking or pets. There are no fees, but upon agreeing to the sublet you will need to pay a security deposit and the rent. The security deposit will be returned to you upon moving out.

My name is Aidan and I'm an exhibiting artist and teacher.

I'm leaving the apartment a month before the lease is up to move in with my fiancee, so I'm looking for somebody to fill a room for the final month of the lease.

There are two other wonderful people I share the apartment with; Elizabeth is a philosophy phd student and Nate is a community organizer. They're both amazing people and easy roommates, so whoever moves in will be in great company.
