This is a two-family townhouse shared with a small number of respectful, independent creatives. The house has been used for intimate art gatherings, salons, and creative projects. While it’s not a full-time “collective,” there is an openness to connection, occasional shared dinners, conversations, and a general appreciation for art, music, and culture.
