My house has served as a welcome homebase to many international students and artists here for work in Los Angeles. Accordingly, my cottage is well equipped, with housekeeper maintenance weekly, free parking, and a kitchen with all the latest appliances, including a coffee maker. I have Google TV with all the streaming services available, as well as Broadcast TV for live Sports, and a large backyard.

This is a quiet neighborhood with lots of hiking trails around. 3 freeways are nearby:
Interstate 5, The 101 Freeway, and the 134 Freeway. It feels like quiet suburbia only a mile from Universal Studios.

This listing is for a beautifully furnished bedroom with a Queen size bed and a large window for natural light. There is a desk and chair to work from, as well as a chest of drawers and smart TV. This room is across the hall from the Bathroom, which includes both a clawfoot bathtub and standing shower. You would be sharing this with one other person. There is also a second bathroom at the front of the house if you prefer to use that one.

I strive to create a community atmosphere that is welcoming, friendly, and kind. I have a dog, a 10-year-old chihuahua mix. Her name is Chiquita, and she weighs about
12 pounds. My other tenant has two other chihuahuas staying at the house so you must love dogs to love it here!
