Only 20 min from Manhattan, a 7 minute walk to the G and a 15 minute walk to the J, and multiple citibike docs. Across the street from one of the best parks in BK, Herbert Von King.

We’ll be taking a few pieces of furniture included in these pictures but will be leaving most things for you to enjoy - TV, TV stand, Couch, Bed, cabinets, dresser, shelves, kitchen appliances and a fully stocked kitchen, We’re still in the process of packing so some of these pics include a bit of mess! The entire bedroom that currently holds the studio will be cleared out - you’re welcome to put another bed or use it as an office.

Utilities can be paid each month directly to us, usually ends up being about $80 for high speed internet, and $100 for con ed.

My partner is a textile artist - so one of the bedrooms is currently functioning as her studio while the other spare room is an office/guest room.

We are each getting our own apartments and don’t have the need for so much extra space!

We currently live here full time and are available to show the space.
