Our very spacious one bedroom apartment has a big, bright living room, dish washer, washer/dryer in unit, huge bedroom and is a five minute walk to two express and two local trains!
The neighborhood is full of fun coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Across from a very nice Lincoln Market grocery store and walkable to a brand new Trader Joe’s. Close to parks as well!
We’re looking to sublet it for the month of July while my husband and I travel for work. Some flexibility on the dates is possible-- just let us know what you need and we can chat :)
About This Lister
My husband and I are both artists and actors who travel often for work. We love our home and take care to keep it nice and clean. We also love this neighborhood and would love to give you tips on favorite spots nearby!

Rental requirements
$2600/month. We will require a small deposit to hold the rental and the rest of the payment upon move in.
Pets Policy
Pets allowed on a case by case basis! We have a small dog who will be traveling with us, so we can leave our dog beds, a crate for a small/medium dog, etc. Let us know what you need!
