There will be a $2500 security deposit. I am looking for someone who is ideally interested in the full period from May 1st until July 15th, so please contact only if you can stay for at least most of that timeframe. I can do a Facetime tour of the apartment, and I will be conducting interviews with prospective candidates myself. I'm looking for quiet, respectful, and professional tenants who will take care of the apartment while I am gone without causing any issues for my neighbors. Please write to me a little about yourself. It would be ideal if you have a reference letter and proof of income. I will ask for payment for the full period plus security deposit up front.
