Very clean, cozy, comfy with everything you need. 1st floor set back and above the street. One queen bed and office with room for an inflatable mattress. Will need to be approved by mgt and deposit. The building is very well maintained and cared for. Great tenants! The neighborhood is quiet and 5 mins to the 2,3 - 10 mins to 4,5.
