1. Upon signing lease, the first month's rent plus a $850 deposit is required. Full deposit will be returned upon move out date if the house is left in the same condition as it was found.

Rent includes: heat, water, gas, electric, garbage pick up
Renter is responsible for:
-Cost of snow plow for driveway when needed
-Bringing garbage bins to and from bottom of short driveway each week
-Checking the mailbox and occasionally forwarding mail to Lanny
-Car maintenance for our Toyota RAV4 (occasional starting of engine and mouse proofing)
Only non-shedding and non-scratching pets allowed
