- The kitchen was recently renovated and includes a fully stocked, walk-in pantry, induction stovetop, and countertop oven (an all-in-one air fryer/toaster/convection oven/broiler).

- A place to hang-dry laundry on the rooftop (and in-unit drying rack). Iron.

Located on the second floor of a small building, the apartment is around the corner from Lardo, a short walk from Parque España and Reforma, and Avenida Amsterdam, Parque Mexico and Chapultepec. It has a direct view of the iconic, green Condesa buildings. There are two city bike stations around the corner from the apartment.

An open-air market sets up right in front of the building every Tuesday, so you have fresh fruits and veggies, cheeses, eggs and other treats right at your doorstep :)

It is thankfully shielded from the loud city noise, while still enjoys the comings and goings of the street life and birds chirping in the morning.

This is an ideal space for one or two people who need a cozy place from which to work or simply enjoy the city. I am seeking people who will be respectful neighbors and tenants who will enjoy the space while taking care of it well.
