I'm on a publicity tour that just got extended, so I'm looking for the right person to enjoy my beautiful apartment for all or part of June.

- Very cute and historic penthouse apartment nestled in a jacaranda tree, with both covered and uncovered terraces
- Living room has folding glass doors that open out onto the covered terrace with dining table/workspace
- Large bedroom has a queen size bed and a beautiful desk
- Fully equipped kitchen with induction/electric appliances
- Grill and washing machine on terrace
- Weekly cleaning service available on request

- Building is quiet and neighborly, occupies entire floor of a 3 floor walk up
- San Rafael is a quiet residential neighborhood situated within walking distance of Roma/Juárez, Centro, and Santa María. Parks, grocery stores, Sunday markets are close by. Lots of coffee shops and a few cute restaurants.
- Dates are flexible but preference will be given to someone who can occupy the apartment for the entire month or multiple weeks.
