Looking to sublet our sweet and cozy garden-level apartment for December while we're away from the city. This spot has always felt like a little oasis, we truly love it! It's a spacious studio with a large kitchen (peep the butcher block) and cute living area with a built in desk/bookshelf. There's also a partially finished basement level below us which serves as storage, TV room, extra work area, and in-unit laundry (which is honestly the best part!)

5-10 minute walk to the B/D/Q/R, 2/3/4/5, G, and C trains.
