Hi! I am looking for a new roommate for my beautiful pre-war 3bd/1bath apartment in Clinton Hill. I've lived here for 2.5 years and absolutely love this apartment, it is a rare find!

The room:

- HUGE king-sized room with a double closet, lots of natural light, facing a community garden. Incredibly large for NYC standards

- AC already installed in window (can keep)

- Can easily fit dresser, desk, two bedside tables, queen or king bed + more

Some apartment highlights:

- Large common area with lots of natural light, beautiful sunsets and lots of space

- Storage room (used to be a 4th bedroom) to keep suitcases, camping gear, winter clothes, etc. Open to converting the space to whatever suits us best (i.e. guest room)

- Separate kitchen (no dishwasher)

- Quiet building (apartment is on the top floor - 4th floor walk-up) so no noise from any upstairs neighbors. Only 8 apartments total

- Roof access - roof is unfurnished but it can be nice to bring a chair up to read or get some fresh air

The apartment is 4 min walk to Classon G, 9 minutes to Clinton-Washington C, steps from B52 bus. Near coffee shops, wine bars, restaurants. 15 minutes to Fort Greene Park. Nextdoor to a community garden which acts as a nice backyard.

You'll be sharing the apartment with two roommates: one woman in her late 20s in sales (works hybrid schedule) and woman in her early 20s in school. Both are very respectful, friendly, clean and easy-going. You'll also be living with a sweet dog, Remy, who is very well-behaved. Prefer no other pets.

We are looking for someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly, down-to-earth, communicative and clean. Cleaning up after oneself and taking initiative in taking care of the apartment is important. We like to socialize with each other in the apartment, but also keep to ourselves and have our own schedules.

About This Lister

You'll be sharing the apartment with two roommates: me, 29F, in sales and works a hybrid schedule. My roommate is 23F and going to school for art design. We are both in and out of the apartment. I love to take dance classes, line dance, go out to eat, hang out in the park, hike, and travel often. I host the occasional dinner party, but also need a good balance of alone time.
