Room available in sunny Crown Heights 3bdr apartment, located just north of Eastern Parkway and a couple blocks from Franklin Ave. 2/3/4/5. We're in a prime spot for restaurants, nightlife, and beautiful walks on the promenade to Prospect Park. The apt. is above a commercial office and is the only apt. in the building, so there are no concerns about disturbing neighbors or any loud building conflicts. 2nd floor walk-up. Laundromats, grocery stores, bodegas, urgent-care & pharmacy are all within a block or two.

The room and the apartment overall is small but sunny and cozy, and more importantly, actually affordable for the area! Fully furnished living room & dining area, 1.5 bathrooms, lots of plants, with a Roku TV & a record player but sadly no dishwasher or fancy skylight. We generally keep the place tidy but are not neat-freaks, no chore lists, etc., just be respectful and clean after yourself. One roommate works from home but is conscious about not dominating the common spaces. The space is probably an ideal fit for someone active who is out a lot and doesn't come with too much furniture, but we're pretty open to changing things around.

We live with the coolest and friendliest little cat named Nomi.
