This shared studio is a dream. It comes with a freight elevator and a private garage to pull in a truck and unload.
There is ample parking on the street and at the Western Beef supermarket lot. There is a slop sink, industrial heater for the winter and AC for the summer. It gets beautiful light. The sublease would be monthly although I’d ideally like a long term studio mate.

This studio is only shared with one other artist. I collage/make 2-D work. I have a job so am not there often. When in the space together we wear headphones to give each other privacy.
Looking for someone to commit asap.
