This is a large bedroom in a live/work studio. The common space is beautiful, spacious and full of art, has a large shared kitchen and bathroom and a huge shared living area and a work space. You are welcome to use the shared space for your leisure and projects. There is a piano and a projector for movies, both of which you are welcome to use. There are a lot of plants, and we are away most of the month, so I would ask whoever moves in to give them a little love once a week.

I am a visual artist. I have used this space for a long time, I recently got married and am in the process of building a studio outside of the city. My husband and I have been spending most of our time away. I do keep a small bedroom open for myself when I come back for work or for shows.
