The building is conveniently located 2 blocks from the Jefferson L or 1 block to Dekalb L. 20 minutes to union square. 1 block from Maria Hernandez park and many amazing amenities in a 5 block radius.

The bedroom has a Cal king storage bed, large dresser, desk and shelves.

The 300+sf studio room has a large desk, shelves and small storage drawers. The studio is best used for painting drawing or any arts that dont involve regular use of excessively loud power tools. I have access to and am happy to provide various useful studio furnishings to accommodate your practice.

Currently the studio room also has a small sofa and queen size bed. Both of which i can remove (or the queen bed can be flipped up against wall and used for guests). Or this room can be delivered relatively empty the only things that stay are the large desk under the windows, shelves on wall and plants.

The loft has 12 foot ceilings, southern exposure with amazing light all day. Large kitchen fully loaded and a large bathroom.

The hallways are very wide and there is an elevator and laundry in the building. My unit is on the 2nd floor. If you have a car the neighborhood is always convenient for parking I have lived here for over a decade and it is rare that i have to park more than a block from the building.

$3,450 a month includes high speed wifi and all utilities.

My name is Gabriel. I am the lease holder and have lived and worked in this space for 14 years. I recently left my job of 13 years assisting an internationally recognized artist. I am taking this time to assist my elderly parents who live just a few hours north of the city. I will be your point of contact in the event of any issues or concerns.
