This is a beautiful, clean, modern, eco-friendly townhouse, perfect for one person or a couple needing a short-term stay in Northeast Los Angeles.

The dates are somewhat flexible, but hoping to find someone to stay at least 3 weeks. Rent can be pro-rated depending on the length of stay, plus $150 for cleaning, Utilities included.

I love pets but unfortunately can't have any in the apartment.
