Just a guy in tech who works from home, so you know I picked out a space that's nice to be in for long periods of time. Lots of light is very important to me + good neighbors.
I'm pretty organized and neat + active. There's enough space in here to do my morning mobility work, and the park is just a 2 min walk so I can run there. Tons of great food spots around + gyms 10 mins down the road.
I have friends all over the city and the W4 station is awesome since I can pretty much get anywhere.
