Hi! We are seeking clean, kind, sociable, and responsible roommates! You'd be filling one unfurnished bedroom in our 3 bedroom Greenpoint apartment, and signing a year-long lease starting up on September 1. Rent is $1750 a month.

We are in a beautiful and bustling area right off of Mcgolrick Park and near lots of great shops, bars, and restaurants (Close Friends Thrift, Variety Coffee, Otto’s Vintage, Goldie’s Bar, Minnows, Chrissy’s Pizza, and a grocery store).

The apartment is less than a minute walk from McGolrick Park and a 10 minute walk from McCarren Park.

We’re a 7 minute walk to the G, and about a 20 minute walk to the L.

THE APARTMENT: 
fourth floor walk up apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (you'd be sharing a bathroom) 
- living room/kitchen combo
- rooms with lots of natural light and closet space
, a washer / dryer, and dishwasher!

The bedroom fits a full or queen-size bed, dresser, bedside table, desk etc and has a closet. Window fits an A/C unit.

We are looking for people who like to both do their own thing socially, but also want to help make our home a cozy and inviting place to live and enjoy hanging out once in a while/ chit chatting!
