Apartment is a large 3 BR with 2 easygoing roommates and a spacious communal area, including a kitchen + living room, separate sunroom (great for reading!), and deck. Laundry room in the building! Roommates are 2 kind and relaxed guys in their late 20s. Vibes are great and looking to find someone who will fit in with that!
Neighborhood is calm and walkable, with short walks to groceries, restaurants, and cafes. Utica A/C Subway stop is a short 5 minute walk away, allowing easy access to Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn. There are also abundant Citibike stops all over the neighborhood.
Room can be provided furnished, semi-furnished, or unfurnished.
