I am looking for a housemate to share my big, beautiful three bedroom apartment. Move in date January 15th (6 mo - 1 year lease)
We share common areas: large living room, nice kitchen, full bathroom, washer/dryer room, balcony facing quiet North 1st street. There is also a closet/storage space outside of the room and bicycle room in the building. The room is fully furnished and the apartment is full of beautiful plants and art. It's decorated to be comfortable and it's a place to come home to and enjoy.
Everything you need is less than one block away: 4 supermarkets, best bars, cafes, restaurants, shops. L, G, J, M, Z trains within walking distance.
I am looking for a financially stable, clean and conscientious person (female).
We don’t have to be best friends but I want someone who respects me and the space, wants to get along and is friendly.

About This Lister

I am a non-smoker, neat and respectful person. Learning to cook healthy, easy, and tasty meals and taking vocal/guitar lessons. My early mornings starts with meditation and spiritual self development is an area of my interest. I am not a big partier but I do enjoy having a fabulous dinner once in a while.
