This apartment is above our garage and looks out over the Rondout river and the Shawangunk mountain range, which is somewhat obscured by trees in the summer time. To access it, you climb a short stair case to a deck. It is currently unfurnished but the plan is to get it furnished by the end of this month. If you have everything you need to move in, this can also be considered. It has a washer and dryer, hardwood floors, tons of lighting, including beautiful natural lighting as it faces southeast. It is walking distance from the High Falls Food Coop, the hamlet of High Falls and a Rail Trail. The street is very quiet as it is a dead end. Occasionally you will hear us open the garage door but, other than that, you can count on a lot of peace and quiet here.

I use she/her/all pronouns and am married to a he/him, who has a 20 year old son who is launching into the world. We own this property and live in the house attached to the apartment. We consider ourselves congenial and easy going and hope to create harmony with whoever inhabits the apartment.
