Located in the historic district neighborhood of Mt. Pleasant, DC, a beautiful, hip and diverse neighborhood in central DC, it’s a 5 to 15-minute walk to Rock Creek Park, the Zoo, Adams Morgan night life, Colombia Heights with Target, Best Buy, DC Sports Club gym. Mt Pleasant St, one-minute away, has neighborhood bars/restaurants, a Street Market grocery and several other mom/pop stores, a pharmacy as well as a class-A yoga studio. There is a thriving Farmers Market on Saturday in the central plaza. It has easy access to multiple bus lines and The Columbia Heights Metro is a 10-minute walk. While near everything, the street is quiet and peaceful, the neighbors are friendly and both the neighborhood and my house have always had good karma.
