The apartment is just off the Atlantic Ave strip with lots of great bars, restaurants, coffee shops and all the amenities of Boerum Hill. We are a short walk to Downtown Brooklyn, Cobble Hill, FT Green, BAM, Barclays Arena , Whole Foods etc etc. Fort Greene Park is only 8 minute walk away. Nearest subway stop is Atlantic Avenue 2,3,4,5, NQR, BD. The A,C, G at Hoyt Schermerhorn is a 3 min walk. There is also a Citi Bike dock half a block away and buses running at both ends of the block making connection to all subways very easy.

We are very flexible on timing and duration of stays - the apartment is currently available in early January for 1 month, 6 months or a yearly rentals. We welcome longer terms.
