I love my home and I’m looking for someone calm and reliable to share it with. I am a teacher so I work 5 days a week and I would like to find a professional with a similar schedule.

Looking for a roommate who is independent but would like to chat or share a meal sometimes. Cohabiting can be fun! I love art, biking, reading and exploring the city and I’d be happy to bike some laps around Prospect Park if you would like to join!

My apartment is a large one bedroom with a sunny eat-in kitchen, bathroom, and foyer area. Located in tranquil residential Sunset Park and only 4 blocks from the express D Train which brings you to Manhattan in 20 minutes.

Yes, you read that right, it is a one bedroom not a two bedroom. But the living room and bedroom are separated by the foyer, kitchen and bathroom so there is good sound insulation and privacy, and the space is quite sufficient for 2 people.

Sunset Park itself is a 5 minute walk away with gorgeous views of Manhattan and a beautiful sunset.

Wifi and utilities are included. I am on the fourth floor of a beautiful pre-war building so please take note that you will be walking up 4 flights of stairs.

I love my apartment so much and the neighborhood has some of the best food in the entire city! I will provide you a list of recommendations for the area including the best Vietnamese coffee and Banh Mi in Brooklyn as well as where to get your morning coconut bun or pan dulce from the Chinese and Mexican bakeries.
