The apartment is in an incredibly convenient location with amazing transit access.

Near 80th and 3rd. 3 min away the Q train and 5 min away from the 456 train.

Super close to target, Whole Foods, multiple gyms, super cute coffee shops. No laundry in building, but wash and fold across the street and a laundromat less than five mins away. Handy dishwasher is included though!

3rd floor walk up with three bedrooms and 1 bath.

Rent is $1700 plus $50-90 for utilities per month.

Super responsive management (which is a gem in NYC real estate!)

I (Alana!) have lived here for the past two years and absolutely love it. The incredible natural sunlight is easily the best part!
You’ll be sharing the space with two roommates in their mid to late 20s (including myself and Riley). We both currently work in person 5 days a week. We are pretty quiet and treat the apartment as a peaceful retreat after a long day.

We are looking for a roommate who is:
* Respectful, clean, and communicative.
* No pets allowed (sorry!).
Note on Socializing: We have a huge living room, so having friends over for dinner or drinks is definitely on the table! We just ask that it’s not really the best place for a party-party.
