Greetings! I’m a musician, laid-back and relatively quiet. I am respectful, tidy, kind, and responsible when it comes to bills and rent. I am not one to throw parties or have a lot of guests over - I mostly socialize outside of the home. My schedule varies, but I often work in the evenings, so I tend to be home during the day practicing or preparing for gigs. A good fit would be someone who works outside of the apartment during daytime hours.

I enjoy cooking and consider cleaning up to be part of the process (ie; no dishes in the sink, no food scraps in the sink). I like to keep the kitchen tidy and the common areas clean. I’m not the type to leave dishes around or let things get too cluttered and I am looking for a roommate who feels the same way. We would split the cost of common supplies like toilet paper, cleaning products, etc. 50/50.
