Bedroom is available in our lovely Greenpoint apartment located two blocks away from beautiful McGolrick park, about 10-15 min from Nassau (G) or 18-20 min from Graham (L) plus a connecting B24 bus around the corner.
Apartment has a spacious kitchen with lots of natural light and a compact cozy living room for everyone to share with tv and stereo. Bathroom includes a shower and a newly installed full sized hand sink.
At this moment bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed, two shelf units, a desk and a chair. You're welcome to replace it with a furniture of your choice. A smart home connected AC unit is available upon request. Your bedroom has a built in closet of a modest size and another storage area for clothes tucked in behind the door. There are multiple built in storage cabinets throughout the apartment that will also be available to you. Together with the bedroom you will also have full unlimited access to another room that is being converted into a shared work space/art studio/extra closet or whatever the use you can think of, perfect for a creative person and anyone who has to store a lot of props or tools. Exact details regarding shared spaces will be agreed on during apartment viewing.

I am a Bartender and a Student in my 30s interested in theater, art and design share a bedroom with my partner who’s also a Bartender and a Student in his 20s with a passion for painting. It’s gonna be three of us living in the apartment.

We’re looking for a roommate who’s neat, organized and able to communicate directly and immediately. I’ll be more than happy to help with any home improvement task, I’ve been very hands on with this apartment from day one and have a great relationship with our neighbors and the building owner. Unfortunate to note that there’s a strict no pet policy and noise level has to be at the minimum as there are only three apartments in the building.
Rent is $1600/month with utilities (Con-ed and Verizon) totaling around $100. First three months the agreement will be month to month with a potential long term agreement signed on September 1st. Credit score card, proof of income, and a recent bank statement required to sign.
