Apartment is a third floor walk-up (top floor) unit in a charming old building (not modern) on a quiet block near the L and M trains. hopping on DeKalb L train or walking up the street to Knickerbocker M is quick and easy. Myrtle Wyckoff and the Seneca M stop in Ridgewood is also an option if you want to get a seat during rush hour but just a little further of a walk. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants, bars, laundromats, and a easy stroll to the Jefferson stop which hosts an incredible selection of restaurants/bars…

There are 2 other roommates , one is a working artist and other musician, both in late 20’s/early 30s, super low key and easy going with busy schedules.

Rent is 1650$ for both rooms . Heat & hot water included; shared cost of cooking gas(minimal), electricity & internet. Decent credit and income required. Total move-in cost is 1 month rent plus deposit.
