A room is available in our lovely 3bd apartment in Los Feliz on August 1st, but potentially earlier for the right fit. This place has been a dream to live in and we are looking for someone to keep the special energy of this home.

The Apartment: Top floor of a duplex. Lovely home in a beautiful, walkable, tree lined neighborhood. Large living room, formal dining room, large kitchen, kitchen booth nook seating, washer and dryer in unit, and backyard w/ garden, firepit, shared grill and a garage used for storage.

The Bedroom: Lovely room in the middle of the apartment. Street facing (but very quiet!) window that lets in beautiful light. Fits a queen bed, desk, dresser, bookshelf, and more. Deep closet for storage. Bathroom is shared with one roommate and is very large w/ shower and tub.

The roommates: Late 20's, early 30s. A is a textile & interiors designer and M works at a start-up. They both work from home, so ideally the new person moving in works hybrid or at the office M-F. A has a small dog who will undoubtedly become the love of your life.

Please no additional pets.

Rent is $1430 and to move in you'll need first month rent + 2 months security deposit. 1 year lease minimum. Utilities are split between all tenants. Move in Aug 1 or potentially earlier.
