This apartment is right by the 4th Ave-9th Street F/G/R on 3rd Ave. Two bedroom one bath, plus an additional room currently being used as an office. Your roommates will be me and my six year old cocker spaniel named Sister. Looking for someone who is quiet, conscientious, clean, and nice!

Your bedroom fits a full or queen sized bed plus desk/dresser/bookcase/etc. Large closet. The bathroom has a pink tub. Living room is furnished but we can discuss other furnishings/decorations if you have any! The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials/dishes. We are on the third floor of a prewar walkup. There are a few laundries nearby but no laundry in the building.

I love this apartment. Plenty of storage (your room has a small walk-in, and the third room + hallway both have additional closets), big kitchen, gets a lot of light, quiet, some great food and bars on the block, and so close to the train. The bedrooms face the back of the building looking over backyards/gardens (so very quiet!) and we have a very cool view of the elevated train. You can hear the train passing by when in the front of the house- it's not particularly noticeable but worth noting if you're sensitive to noise :)

I'm pretty lowkey and very chilled out, but I do like the common areas to stay tidy and dishes/etc to be cleaned.

Rent is $1,550 before utilities (internet, gas/heat, electricity), which usually come out to between $150-$175, depending on the season.

My cocker spaniel is a little over six years old and sleeps through the day. She stays in my room while I'm at work. She's a little nervous but once she gets to know you she's a huge cuddlebug.
