I signed the lease in August and will be moving in on Sept 1st. Unfortunately, my roommate fell through. The building is lovely and the landlord has been very responsive.
You will need to fill out an application with them and provide all of the usual proof of income, pay stub, tax docs, etc. You need to make 40x the total monthly rent ($4,500) or have a guarantor that makes 80x.
Security deposit and first month’s rent for your half will be due upon approval.
