I’m looking for someone to take over my lease effective October 01 2025 (running until March 31 2026, with possibility of renewal) in a sunny, airy Prospect Heights apartment.

The building is on a tree-lined street and steps away from bars and restaurants on Flatbush Avenue, with excellent subway connections and Prospect Park only 10 minutes walk away!

The apartment is a second floor walk up, with a dishwasher, microwave, and a washer dryer in the building (one floor up). There is also an accessible roof which is great for sunny days!

The room accommodates a full-size bed, desk, and a storage unit, with additional built in storage and gets nice natural light year round.

The apartment is home to two other tenants (women aged 26 and 35 y/o) who are both researchers and enjoy cooking, gardening, and maintaining a generally chill and calm space. They are looking for someone who is neat and open to contributing around the house, and respectful of the calm environment.
