We have an open room available September 7th in a super homey and spacious 3 bed/2 bath apartment in East Williamsburg (5 min walk from the Graham L train)! On the 2nd floor of a three-floor three-unit building. We’re also a 2 min walk from Cooper Park.

We’re freelancers and are usually on the go, but love spending time with each other when we overlap. Hope to find someone clean, communicative, and LGBTQ+ friendly to join our little family.

One roommate has lived here for five years, and the other for one.

Room faces NE and gets strong indirect sun during the day. It also faces the street but it's not too loud at night.

This is technically a sublet as we have already signed a two year lease (until 2027) and are the only two on. So it’s month to month but hoping to find someone who can commit to a minimum of 6 months.

Sadly no cats, one roommate is really allergic.

Our roommate is moving out on the 6th (bit of a random time but we can chat about moving in time and work something out if it needs to be later but it can’t be earlier as she will still be living in the space).

Some of these photos are a bit older so the furniture is different now (just an FYI if you come see in person) but the room is being offered unfurnished (note there is no closet).
