Hello! I'm looking for a clean, grounded, and respectful roommate to move into an open bedroom + private bath in a 3-bed / 2-bath townhome in West LA/Sawtelle, close to the Santa Monica border. The third bedroom is a small guest room, so it'll just be two people in the home.

My cousin is moving out after years of living here, and I'm looking for someone solid who can appreciate and maintain the peaceful, well-kept home we've built.

It's clean, cozy, and calm with plenty of space to do your own thing. I host the occasional birthday dinner or visit from friends, but this is not a party house or social hub. If you're looking for a peaceful, furnished home, and not a place to stash your furniture or host weekend ragers, you'll feel right at home here.
