Tucked away in a charming Loz Feliz neighborhood, just a five minute walk from Griffith Park and the LA river, we are looking for a roommate (single or couple) to rent the spacious primary bedroom and bathroom in our three bedroom 1650 sq ft spanish revival style townhouse. The bedroom is located on its own floor with abundant natural light, two closets, a small terrace, large french windows and wood flooring. The private bathroom is laden with beautiful vintage tilework, a spacious bathtub, shower and hanging cabinet for storage. Location wise, we are a five minute drive from Trader Joes, Gelson’s, Albertson’s, Lassens, a bunch of cute restaurants, coffee shops, the Silverlake Reservoir and Atwater, where the best farmers market happens every Sunday.

A little bit about us, we are a couple (late twenties/early thirties) who have been living in this space for nearly two years. Both full-time professionals, one of us (he/him) is a furniture designer/artist, the ultimate handyman, and the other (she/her) is a wine publicist, so we always have plenty of bottles on hand! We both enjoy an active lifestyle, cooking, hosting events with our community (we host a monthly pizza and wine night with friends), spending time outside, going to shows, and making art. We work in the office three to five times a week, so you’ll have the space to yourself on most weekdays. We’re looking for a roommate(s) who is open to a communal living space (we love to cook, craft and spend time with our household and friends), someone that is a good communicator, and treats others/the space with respect and care.
