*Big freestanding house in an extremely walkable neighborhood. (5 min walk to Vidiots, Sprouts; 10 min walk to CVS; 20 min walk to Joy on York).

*The area is a nice sized, sunny bedroom.

*We pay internet other Utilities are included (AC, heat, water, etc).

*Washer/dryer, dishwasher, space to garden.

*Half bath to downstairs, full bath upstairs.

*Looking for 1 roommate only (we only have one shower)

*upstairs requires 15 steps.

*No credit check BS needed but please have reliable income and be ok with keeping the party elsewhere.
