Bedroom available in first-floor two-bedroom in Crown Heights off Utica A/C and Utica 3/4. Available April 1st and will be month to month with no set end date.
Room is 13'x13' with two north facing windows, great original floors and molding details. It has a queen bed and optional dresser/clothing rack. No closet in the room but you get a private closet by the bathroom.
Note: being on the first floor there is some street noise so this room is best for a sound sleeper or someone used to earplugs/white noise.
Living room and kitchen are furnished. Plenty of fridge and counter space — I don't cook much. We share one bathroom. I keep the space clean and calm, ideally you are on board with this.
Workspace: Apartment has a full basement with a washing machine and we will share it as studio space and storage. You get a private desk area in the back left corner.
About This Lister
I'm Chris, I'm an artist/fabricator and work from home sometimes. I make lamps and other housewares and have decorated the space with them. I'm friendly and social, active social life outside the house, occasionally will be in deep work mode. St. Johns Rec Center is my favorite neighborhood gem (a lap swim pool, two blocks away!)
