Looking for someone to take over my Carroll Gardens lease! It's in a 3-bed, 2-bath renovated apartment in a beautiful brownstone building. Bedroom is a king-sized bedroom with two large closets and two big windows that overlook the quiet, brownstone-lined street.

You would share a bathroom with one other roommate. The apartment has a washer/dryer in unit, a dishwasher, and central heating/AC. It is a 4-min walk from the Carroll Street station which has the F and G lines.

Roommates are two women in their mid-20s, one works at a startup and the other is an actress. Both really friendly, clean, and considerate.

I have LOVED living in this apartment and this neighborhood and wish I could stay, but I sadly need to return to Canada. Carroll Gardens is a safe, incredible neighborhood with so much charm, and if I were to ever move back, I'd have a hard time living anywhere else.
