Room available in our two-floor three bedroom apartment in Crown Heights. We are on the second floor of a walk-up building. Your roommates would be me – Erin (female, 29) and Ava (female, 32). Our current roommate is setting out to live on his own and we're looking for a similarly warm, respectful, and easy-going person to take his place! No pets and no smoking please. We like to keep a clean space and will occasionally have guests over for low-key hangs.

Room is on the first floor of apartment (our 2 bedrooms upstairs). Has large street-facing window looking out to coffee shop and big tree across the street and a roomy closet. It easily fits a full size bed, desk, and dresser. Would be sharing downstairs bathroom with Ava.

Amenities: Very new, modern-style building. High ceilings, dishwasher. AC/heat unit in each bedroom & the kitchen/living room - with remote control. Front door to building accessed with key pad code, secure buzz system w/ video.
In-building laundry, gorgeous and very private rooftop space.

8-10 min walk away from A, C, 4, 5. Delicious food, great coffee shops in area. Multiple grocery stores within close walking distance.
