Hi, we are Jan and Lauren, two friends who are moving into a beautiful 4 bedroom brownstone in Clinton Hill. We're building an intentional group of friends who live together in community.

There are two rooms available in the house, and they can be furnished or unfurnished.

We're looking for two people who want to sign a sub-lease for the next 12 months. We are also open to doing short term 4-6 month sub-lets.

About This Lister

We're two female friends who live in a historic Brownstone in Clinton Hill.

Lauren is a designer from Sydney, who loves houseplants and hosting dinner parties.

Jan is a performance marketer and New York native who loves to do volunteer work.

Nugget is a 6lb MinPin doggo who likes to guard the perimeter and take long naps on any lap that will have her.

We love to host dinner parties, have family dinners on Sunday night, hang out together and give each other space when we need it.
