We’re a couple (newly retired—young at heart) have worked therapeutically with creative arts, music, yoga, environmental education, and spirituality in healthcare, education, Interfaith spiritual, and community settings. Guitar musician, artist, and poet.
Now spend 2/3-3/4 of our time in our small country house in PA,—you would share with only one other roommate when we are away. We also have a big fluffy cat Magic who almost always comes with us to PA.
Our son and his fiancé (in mid 30’s) live and work separately in the downstairs apartment and are artists/designers and are happy to engage and help out with needs in house.
We’ve rented rooms to many folks including artists/creatives/ /students/teachers through Listings, Enjoy sharing family house with those transitioning to NYC, here short term, or looking for a change from busy streets to come home to. We are friendly and engaging, but also offer you quiet, privacy, and your own space— and we are away a lot.
