This is a lovely apartment in Ditmas Park, a super tranquil area of Brooklyn. The streets are lined with trees and particularly beautiful in the springtime. Ditmas Park is a Historic District with a very suburban feel, yet located close to anything you might need around (coffee shops, delis, supermarkets, laundromats, banks, restaurants/bars, etc...)

The apartment is conveniently located two blocks away from the Q subway line, and a 7-minute walk from the B line.

You will share the space with me, and two adorable cats (Benny and Zumba), and you must be comfortable with having animals around, and at least relatively friendly to them (they live here, too!)

There is a shared living room area, where you are welcome to work and hang out.

My place has lots of plants, colors and an overall really nice artsy energy :-)

The bedroom is large, with lots of light and closet space.

No overnight guests, please.
