Hello! Looking for a new roommate in our gem of a 3 bed/2bath lovely Greenpoint house, right on the Nassau G stop. Location is next to Three Decker Diner (ahem -- even the buzzer for a table works from home) , one block from McCarren Park.

The apartment --
Super spacious, floor-through sunny 3-bedroom unit that has a large private backyard, with a table, grill, randomly a treehouse of sorts, and a trampoline. We have our own washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The kitchen is really spacious and as is the open living room area.

Your bedroom --
comes with a built-in desk and armoire closet, and plenty of space for a queen-size bed. You will share a bathroom with our lovely other roommate, who is clean, kind, and easy-going.

Your rent is $2100. We are ideaaally looking for someone who wants to stay a year, but shorter term (~6 months) is doable if it seems like a fit. If you have any questions I would be happy to answer!

I am 25 (she/her), I work a corporate job (because, rent) but am also a photographer who puts on gallery exhibits, and a performance artist. I have lived in the space for 3 years. Am currently in clown school abroad but will be back July 1. I am very outgoing and social, but hence treat my home and space as a peaceful place that keeps me grounded in this city.

Other roommate: 28 (he/him) works as a professional chef. Is originally from NC but has been in New York for years. He is clean, easy going, and a master at using the grill....

We are open to all ages and genders, so long as you are a mature, respectful person and queer friendly.

It is probably best if you work hybrid or in-person, but not a dealbreaker. In a perfect world we would love for someone excited to better the backyard with us for outdoor gardening or hosting gatherings; it's too lovely not to be used to its full potential!
